Completely renovated in April 2021, A stylish bright 3BDR flat maintained to high standards, three bedrooms and three bathrooms in a modern guarded residence in one of Tunis finest neighbourhood. It would perfectly suit a family or business visitors, the flat accommodates up to 8 (6 adults and 2 children). The flats is decorated with original vintage film posters from my very own collection featuring Tunisian, Egyptian, Lebanese and Syrian cinema dating all the way back to the early 1930s..

Completely renovated in April 2021, The apartment boasts a large bright well-decorated lounge area with wide insulated glazing windows and a big balcony overlooking the city landscape. There is one spacious master suite with a kingsize bed and a private en suite bathroom, a second large bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two single beds . Each of the three rooms benefits from plenty of storage and hanging space. There is also a full bathroom for these two rooms and a separate powder room close to the living room. The stunning marbled flooring flat is fully air conditioned, well laid out and offers the perfect place for relaxation and pleasure to enjoy the best Tunis has to offer. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, grill, microwave, kettle and washing machine and much more.

Amazing! The flat is located on a lovely residential street in a gorgeous highly walkable area close to the lakeshore. It's very peaceful and quiet whilst being round the corner from numerous shops, restaurants, fresh bakeries, coffee shops and Cash ATMs. There is a Monoprix supermarket within 4 minutes’ walk. If you decide to go out to eat, you will find yourself spoilt for choice from the wide range of restaurants close by. Just slip down the side streets around the apartment where you will find the village atmosphere of les Berges du Lac still alive and well.
