Modern, spacious apartment overlooking the medieval village of Ponte de Lima, ancient gateway of the "southern caminos" to Santiaga, Spain. Next to nature preserve, golf course. Perfect for experiencing the cultural heritage of the region year round.

This is a modern, 1300 sf. fully equipped apartment with central heat, hardwood floors and a 500 sf. terrace, overlooking the old town. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms (one with jacuzzi, the other with walk-in shower). There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a very large living room. Comfortably accommodates 6 or more guests.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the 3-storey modern building with private underground parking garage within walking distance of the medieval quarter. There are cafés and restaurants, and shops just outside the building. It´s in a very quiet and peaceful part of the town, with mountain views from the terrace.
