All the rooms are on one level; the two bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. The wood ladder gives access to a tiny loft that's permanently closed for safety reasons.

Pack the beach towels provided and drive just 5 minutes to reach Main Beach, voted one of the Top 10 Beaches in America!

This home is located 3 miles from arts & dining oriented Sag Harbor, and it's a 15 minute walk to East Hampton village.

There's a Webber kettle grill for evening BBQ's and a giant teak table for alfesco dining in the private backyard.

Out front is a large round teak table, umbrella and chairs for morning coffee and croissants.
