Getting into nature is easy to find near my home., There is a bike path along Bear Creek just north of the neighborhood with access in 2 places along Bear Creek Dr. The path goes west to Bear Creek Park which has picnic shelters, a unique playground, creek access, foot paths with ponds and unique water features. If you go under the highway there is Bear Valley Shopping Center.
To the north across Hwy 285 about a mile you will find another unique park, Loretto Heights Park. This beautiful Denver Park sits near the old Loretto Heights has a gorgeous view to the south, SW and SE.
