This is by far our favourite restaurant on the Gold Coast. The food is "Asian-style street food" and it is absolutely amazing! Price is very reasonable. About a 25 minute drive from our house.

Local convenience store walking distance from our house. Great to grab the odd item here and there such as milk, bread etc. However too small and quite expensive to do a big shop here.

Australia Fair is located a 5 minute drive from our house or about a 20 minute walk (1.5km). It has both Coles and Woolworths supermarkets to do any large grocery shops that you need to do.

We have a washing machine supplied in the apartment, however should you need to use a dryer, there is a laundromat located on Nind Street in Southport. Reasonably priced. 5 minutes drive or a 15 minute walk away.

Parks & Nature
Great spot and only a 25-30 minute walk from our house or a few minutes drive. Plenty of parking if you do choose to drive. There is an inflatable water park, a large playground for kids, jumping pillow and a safe swimming area in the Broadwater. There are also the 'Rockpools' down at the Broadwater which is fantastic for the younger children!
