Grand Canyon Caverns
Just over an hour away in Peach Springs, AZ is the largest dry cavern in the US. Peach Springs also gave inspiration in the famous Pixar movie "Cars".
In 1968, the 137 year old stone London Bridge was bought by Robert McCaulloch. Moved stone by stone to Lake Havasu, the bridge was the center piece of Mr. McCaulloch's plan of developing a community in the desert.
Special note: There is WWII graffiti etched into the Bridge. Did you know the lampposts were made from the cannons capture from Napoleon Bonaparte's defeat.
