An exciting walk-through experience where you will hear, touch, smell and feel over 2000 years of history moving from show to show. It's funny, scary and keeps you on the edge.

It's a long time since I went on the ghost walk, but I remember it being great as child or (boil) as they call little boys. It's on every single night at 7:30pm starting at the Shambles. Adults are £5 Boils and Ghouls are £3. There is no need to book. There are few walks but I recommend this one as it is the highest rated (and most reviews) on TripAdvisor. It's fun, spooky and you also get to see a lot of great buildings in York

Easily one of my favorite Indian restaurants in York. The staff are friendly, they work hard to ensure you are fully catered for. Their garlic naan bread is huge and very tasty! I also recommend their chicken Korma. Between 100-150 metres from the apartment.

This is as authentic as a Chinese restaurant can be. Lovely spacious setting and beautifully decorated. It's on the same street as Akbars Indian which makes George Hudson my one of my favorite streets for eating out. Between 100-150 metres from the apartment.
