Food Scene

A locals favorite for excellent home made pasta. A casual atmosphere, eat in or take out for a picnic. Amy loves the spinach cesare pasta with the rose sauce (a mix of afredo and basil tomato sauces). Great for the budget as well. The whole family will love this one.

Very good coffee and fresh baked snacks. Less of a line normally then the other village coffee shop locations because it is a little off the beaten path. Locals love this place.

Locally owned and operated. GREAT selection! Open at 8:30am. The selection is truly unbelievable. It is located just past the playground which is nice for early mornings with kiddos or the obligatory specialty coffee run.

A new addition to Whistler! And super yummy. Whistler Cooks are the brains behind this fantastic establishment. Great local craft beer and superb fresh food. A little different then your typical sit down restaurant, you order from the front and then find your seat. Amy and I thought it was really refreshing because you are in control. You need another drink? Head up to the bar! A superb addition to the restaurant scene in Whistler.

One of Whistler longest standing restaurants. It is a fine dinning establishment but there are great deals during the "off season". You won't be disappointed.

Every time we go to the BrewHouse we have fantastic service and great food. It's has a kids menu and the servers are always patient with our little ones. There is a model train that makes its rounds and provides entertainment for munchkins. In our household it's the "train restaurant" with our 3.5 year old. Also a great spot if you don't have kids and big enough to avoid them if you like. Awesome stop for all!

Arts & Culture

This is an exceptional addition to Whistler. "The Audain Art Museum is anchored by the important collection donated by Michael Audain and his wife Yoshiko Karasawa. The collection includes centuries-old Northwest Coast works, some created before European contact, to the internationally- renowned Vancouver photo-conceptualists of our era. Visitors may inspect art that will inspire, surprise and enthrall them." -http://audainartmuseum.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/AAM_Fact-sheet.pdf This is a must visit for anyone interested in local Canadian art and architecture.

Drinks & Nightlife

One of the longest standing nightclubs in Whistler. You will have to share the space with bachelorette parties... But if you want to dance until the wee hours of the morning this is where you want to go for some fun. If you do decide to partake in late night shenanagens please remember to respect your neighbours and enter Glaciers Reach quietly ;)
