There are many different restaurants in Diani ranging from beachfront expensive, to Italian
medium price, to Swahili, cheap. It all depends on your pallet, budget and desire.
Most of these are listed in the manual in your apartment.
Tiki Bar is just over the road from Simba Village apartments in central Diani. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day except Tuesdays.
