If there are no damages and nothing missing, villa left in decent condition, you will not be charged for the security deposit and receive credit refund of entire amount. If there are any damages, missing items (less soap, shampoo, etc) you will be responsible for repair, replacement costs up to max $275. Please be mindful, courteous and respectful while staying at the villa and remove trash from the unit and place all used dishes, utensils in the dishwasher prior to leaving. Don't forget to check for any food, drinks in the refrigerator and cabinets. The cleaning fee charge of $75 is used for the resort to change all bedding, towels, personal beauty supplies (soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, Tissues. etc.) Dish and laundry detergent, cleaning supplies provided and general housekeeping to have to villa ready for the next guests. Any excessive mess left other than normal may be charged to the security deposit. Please leave the villa in good shape. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
