This is a really unique restaurant which is run by a charity, from Cardiff prison. Its aim is to rehabilitate offenders through training and giving a career, and what's more the food is fine-dining at a decent price. All the leather upholstery and boardroom tables are made by prisoners at HMP Frankland and poetry is from former Clink trainees.
The Clink Restaurant is consistently in the top 10 restaurants in Cardiff on TripAdvisor - well worth a visit if you can get a table booked.
