Walking distance from Avocado Hall. Start on the Railway Trail and follow the sign up the track. Its a bit rough underfoot but well worth the 5 to 10 minute walk.
Fantastic views across the Great Sound, fine dining, intimate setting and good wine! One or our local favourites! Best to call first to reserve a table.

A trip to Dockyard is not complete without lunch or dinner at this English (almost) style pub. Try their all day breakfast and local sausages. The local beer is highly recommended - my favourite is Whale of a Wheat!

Beaches - its what you came for!
Bermuda is renowned for its beautiful pink sand beaches. These are some of our favourites...
Our favourite local beach and just a 20 minute walk along the Railway Trail and Church Road. Great sunsets and one of the best snorkeling beaches.

This world renowned beach is a mere 5 minute walk and a shuttle ride over the Fairmont Southampton hill. It can get crowded due to its popularity so we prefer to walk to the far (eastern) end of the beach to one of the smaller coves.

Worth the ride/drive to Southside (former US Naval Station) at the eastern end of the Island. Quieter and more secluded than the adjacent but equally beautiful Clearwater beach and requires a few minutes walk as it is within a nature reserve. Take a picnic and a bottle of something special!

Out at the west end, Daniels Head forms part of what is known as 'Nine Beaches'. Quiet and beautiful; one of the best places to watch for turtles. Check out the eco houses on stilts (long abandoned but still photogenic).
