Solbar is a wonderful restaurant at the Solage Resort, with a lovely outdoor patio and cozy inside dining room with full bar. It's located about 25 minutes from us in Calistoga. The food is great and the wine list is quite extensive. The wait staff are particularly good at recommending wines to compliment your choices. Reservations are a must here, though, because it's very popular with the locals.
