In 1980, Shawarma Grill-house opened the first Lebanese restaurant on Strøget in Copenhagen. It was the first Shawarma restaurant, not only in Denmark, but throughout Scandinavia. It resulted in a whole new revolutionary type of food that was healthy and prepared from the best quality ingredients, from the homemade marinade to the meat, as well as the much-talked about chili sauce, also homemade, based on our own secret recipes.

Stevns Klint Experience is the primary arrival and dissemination point for Stevns Klint. Stevns Klint is a UNESCO World Heritage Site because it contains the story of the great mass extinction 66 million years ago, when half of the Earth's animal species became extinct - including the dinosaurs. You can experience that story in the Stevns Klint Experience – among beautiful fossils, digital games, dinosaur skeletons, meteorites and a gigantic limestone block carved out of Stevns Klint. Don't miss out the view from the Church Balcony.
