We LOVE coming to Hemisfair park. Easy access to the Riverwalk, Tower of the Americas and Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center. Last time we were there, they were putting in an pizza joint called, Dough. Highly recommend, less touristy here.

There are art galleries, stores selling souvenirs, gifts, custom jewelry, pottery, and imported Mexican folk art, as well as several restaurants in the district.
