Pangea is a sustainable restaurant with the only wood fired grill on the island of St Thomas. They support local farming, fishing and have implemented a “zero plastic” program. They also have a responsible waste program as well as onsite composting of food waste. They do our best to create simple, delicious dishes from organic ingredients.
