The best sushi period. Great place to splurge! Not cheap, but world class. There are many Nobu's in the world, but only 4 Matsuhisa's and 3 are in Colorado! Request one of the banquette seats and enjoy an amazing view!

About a 30 min drive south will bring you to the highest incorporated city in the US (10,200 ft) and a city that was once the riches mining district in the world. The mining museum brings that history into focus, but the city is also fun to explore as is the mining district just east of town on 7th and 5th streets.

Nice selection of nature trails for all abilities and they offer off site excursions as well.
