If you want to get out and hike you don't have to look far. Take a right out of our driveway and just .50 miles on left you will find the Rattle River trail head. This is a part of the Appalachian Trail.

This local hike is a easy/medium hike that takes about 40 minutes each way. You will not be dissapointed, when you reach the top you will have some amazing views of the valley below as well as the Presidential Mountain Range to your right.
