It starts with introductions around the room, then a wonderful mixed drink. The dinner begins with grilled fish, followed by lobster, potatoes with a fabulous garlic butter cream sauce. The dessert is a grilled banana with banana liqueur and then offerings of rum, chocolate or coffee liqueur. This is the best reviewed place in Bayahibe.

One of the highlights is the natural pools located offshore. These shallow sandbars in the middle of the sea create a natural swimming pool where you can wade in waist-deep water, sometimes alongside starfish and other marine life. The vibrant coral reefs, tropical fish, and occasional sea turtle make it an excellent spot for snorkeling.
Take a catamaran or speedboat tour. For a more relaxing day, book a boat or catamaran with a smaller group. One recommended operator is Quetzal Catamaran Excursions.

Awesome cave complex (Cueva del Puente) in the National Park, 10 minutes from Bayahibe. Its a 30 minute walk to the cave system. Go with a good guide. Wear good shoes or sneakers, and bring sunscreen and a flashlight !
