If you are going downtown for an event or to eat. I would suggest not driving. Everything on 2nd Ave and Broadway are in walking distance. Its a lot cheaper to Uber/Lyft than to pay for parking.

If you are traveling between January - March. Check the weather, it can be extremely hot one day and freezing the other.
