Frio's Dry Fifty is a must stop for vacationers. Named after the 50 acres of dry land (no water) that Tom Neal owned, FDF offers something for everyone. Concan and Garner Tshirts, purses, sunglasses, shoes, jewelry, dresses, Blue Bell ice cream and shaved ice are among the many items in the Neal family owned store.

NEAL'S DINING ROOM overlooks the Frio River. The menu offers a variety of delicious food. Freddy's Nachos and Chicken Fried Steak are favorites. Although Neal's Lodges was sold outside of the Neal family, the family still owns and operates this restaurant. Since 1926 families have made eating at Neal's Dining Room a tradition for many generations. Check out the "Helen" in the menu as well as the many historical Concan photos on the walls.

Garner State Park is the most visited park in Texas. Reservations can be made for day access thru their website. It is a must during the summer season as they limit the number of cars allowed in the park.
