Neighborhoods

This pocket of Greenpoint is by far the most charming neighborhood in Brooklyn, with pretty tree-lined residential blocks and boutique shops and restaurants. Just a few blocks from the East River, with stunning city views and a feeling of S P A C E. The neighborhood is lively but never feels crowded. There are several parks (including a running track) and playgrounds within minutes, and all the shops and services you could need. Franklin Ave is your destination for boutiques, clothing, coffee, bars and restaurants. Quaint and creative. Up on Manhattan Ave you'll find grocery stores, banks, pharmacies and more bustle.
