Polebridge is the must experience spot on the west side of Glacier park. The travel up the north fork road is spectacular in views and even though the travelers have become more dense it still holds the essence of simplicity. The bakery is a must stop inside the mercantile all baked on site with something unique and wonderful in store.

Sightseeing
There is something magical about bowman lake. It is the place that kept calling us back to Montana before we moved here in 1992. Even though there are more visitors to the lake you will still experience the essence of spectacular beauty at bowman. Camping there is possible but a day excursion, hike or kayak makes this one of the most memorable moments in Glacier.

Bowman Lake
There is something magical about bowman lake. It is the place that kept calling us back to Montana before we moved here in 1992. Even though there are more visitors to the lake you will still experience the essence of spectacular beauty at bowman. Camping there is possible but a day excursion, hike or kayak makes this one of the most memorable moments in Glacier.
Kintla lake may be a little drive but it is worth the effort. Another jewel in the crown of glacier park. Its remote so pack a lunch. hikers will find this as another possibility to trek into the remote spots of Glacier.

You must experience the east side of Glacier park when here. It is vast, wind swept, majestic and powerful. There are several places along the east side all with spectacular views and spots to hike. Two medicine is one of my favorites.

On your way to visit the east side stop off at the goat lick overlook. Its a short hike to a viewing spot where the mountain goats love to hang out. Bring your binoculars to watch some of the most artful climbing and playing you may have ever experienced.

This is a must experience. Flathead lake and flathead river are wonderful place to breathe. We have some kayaks for rent if you are interested in paddling.
