"Offering a curated shop experience since 2014. We are the world’s largest retailer of NotPerfect Linen and their only US retailer. We also have beautiful, useful items from 79 other small makers, some local and others that we have found during our travels. We are also the only gallery where my spouse, David Price, sells his gorgeous encaustic paintings. We would love to see you in the shop on Whidbey Island!"

In downtown Langley next to Alma. "Greyhorse Mercantile is a specialty foods, home goods, and cheese shop all rolled up into one. They’re located in beautiful downtown Langley, on Anthes Street. Visitors can also find interesting beverages, varieties of shellfish and condiments made with gin, for example. Many of the food items in Grayhorse Mercantile hail from other countries, meaning they can’t be found anywhere else nearby. Store owner, Jennifer Sadinsky, also carries beautiful and useful products for everyday life, including spatulas, pottery, candles and pillows. Sprinkled throughout are unique vintage items, such as Depression Era glassware."

"The Whidbey Clay Center was opened by Cara Jung in 2019. The studio was originally established in Freeland more than ten years ago and has changed ownership and names a few times (The Paint Escape, Backdoor Clay). Cara first joined as a member; then purchased the studio in 2019. The current Whidbey Clay Center is three times larger than the original space, and the membership has grown from 15 potters at the beginning to 60 now. Cara’s love for pottery and ceramics started 20 years ago. She went to a small college in Iowa and studied art and communication. After graduation she apprenticed with potters in Door County, Wisconsin. She also did some production pottery at a studio in Minnesota. Cara earned an MFA in Ceramics from PennWest in 2008."
