A great mountain climb, new steps make it safer, suit all age hikers. 45 minute return climb, depending on your fitness level. Awesome 360 degree views, go early so that you miss the heat. Take a camera, and some water!

Consistently great Indian food, well priced, try the Chicken Nawabi. The Indian chef comes out to meet you and takes care to see that you have enjoyed your meal.

Opens at 11am for lunch, and dinner, so they can go for a surf or a SUP in the mornings. Brenda and Jon know how to make the lifestyle work for them.

If there are 5 Sundays in a month in December or January, then there will be an extra market on that Sunday. Great local produce, food, jewellery, clothes.

Lovely lookout on Noosa Hill, overlooking Noosa, the river mouth, and Noosaville, giving you an idea of the lay of the land, and fantastic for sunsets. If you are keen for some exercise, you can walk up from the Locale (this is the name of a restaurant) end of Hastings Street.

I recommend the full day trip, which goes until about 3pm, as this incorporates a visit to the information centre that explains the uniqueness of the Everglades.
