Jervis Bay is a one hour drive south of Gerringong and a fantastic day trip. It is said to have some of the whitest sand beaches in the world and has beautiful clear, crystal blue water. The main town of Huskisson offers an excellent shopping experience as well as cafes and restaurants aplenty. Dolphin and whale watching boat tours also operate out of Huskisson.
