Very unique beach thermals. Go here just as the tide shifts from low to high tide. Take some shovels, food and possibly something to drink. With your feet find the warm spots in the wet sand. Dig a shallow hole, using the sand to create a wall towards to ocean. Be careful as the sand can be quite hot from the thermals. As the tide rises it will create a heated pool of water. As the tide comes in the pool will eventually be washed away. In the summer you won't be the only group digging heated pools.

What to bring

• US Passports – Required by all US citizens over the age of 16. • Mexico Auto Insurance – US polices are not valid in Mexico. We have used BajaBound for years on the Interent. • Drinking water – This can be purchased locally, to save weight. • Sun Screen / Aloe / Bug Spray (mosquitoes are bad this year!) • Charcoal – For the BBQ and is readily available in nearby mini-marts • Camera – To capture those amazing moments.
