Guest(s) invited into the unit by the confirmed Airbnb client(s) are the responsibility of the client(s). There is a charge of $45/pp per day for occupancy over two (2) people to include but is not limited to all children above the age of one year to a maximum of three (3) total. Guest that stay at the listing from one calendar day to the next calendar day or longer than four hours are considered to be overnight guest of the confirmed client(s) and will be charged accordingly. Maximum occupancy for this listing is three (3) to include the confirmed guest(s)
