It's one of a kind. 30 hectares, overlooking Assisi, resting on sun drenched hills between Torgiano and Montefalco, in the heart of Umbria. They have a tradition of cultivation which respects of nature, as they strongly believe in the need to find a constant balance between man, soil, flora and fauna. As a result, they adopt organic cultivation which respects the laws of biodynamic farming. Horses instead of motor tractors and geese instead of chemical pesticides, Cantina Di Filippo is a mandatory visit if you're interested in real organic food.
