Dedicated not only to presenting the freshest food in a creative and engaging way, Chef Robert is also a great teacher. He takes that passion for sharing what he knows and applies it every day at the restaurant. Every week, Chef offers cooking classes that explore the classic french techniques used to make many of the restaurant’s entrées and desserts.
