It's huge and the park is nice. Not that many people swim in it, but we like the Stand Up Paddle board at Peace Point. You can also drop in a kayak or canoe here.

Local favorite - far from the house, but worth it! If you head out there, definitely make a reservation before you go to secure a spot. Lots of places to visit out there: Pedernales River, Jester King Brewery...
