Sightseeing
If you've ventured out to Greenwich for some peace and quiet and to enjoy the outdoors, this is a must-visit. A short trail that circles around their picturesque lily-padded pond is good for quick visits. A mix of trails behind the Botanical Center's main buildings are good if you've got an extra hour or two.

The crown-jewel of Greenwich, Tod's Point is a town-owned peninsula that extends out into Long Island Sound. It has beautiful beaches, wonderful views on Manhattan (on clear days), picnic areas, two snack bars, a new nature center affiliated with the Bruce Museum, and hiking trails through the woods. Non-Greenwich residents must pick up guest passes during the week at the Old Greenwich Civic Center. Let us know if you're interested in visiting and we'll help you sort through the process.
