Everything Else

If you love hiking, take your time & hike up to Höttinger Alm. It takes around 2 hours but the hike is absolutely worth it - you can see Innsbruck from above and I swear they have the best dumplings.

If you are not such a hiker but still would like to see the city from above, take the cable car up to Seegrube (either from Hungerburg or from Innsbruck city). It's stunning up there!

In winter, go skiing to Axamer Lizum. It's next to Nordkette the clostest skiing area to the city. There's also a free ski bus from the city, leaving every hour, and it's absolutely lovely!

Hofgarten is a really calm & green park in the middle of the city. It's nice to chill out with friends in summer - maybe with an ice cream from ice cream specialist "Lago di Garda"?!

One of my favourite cafes because they sell the best berry cake and hot chocolate. It's directly in front of the Golden Roof. In summer you can sit outside. Sometimes you can watch weddings from here.
