Algonquin Provincial Park offers events for every season (hiking, canoeing, kayaking, etc.). Just through Huntsville heading east on Highway 60 allows access to this iconic park.

Arrowhead Provincial Park has great day hiking trails and opportunity for canoeing and kayaking. In the winter there is a wonderful outdoor ice skating trail which goes through the forest. A must do activity if you like ice skating! Check with park for availability.

The local ski hill which has short lines and nice slopes. We have been going there for years. Great for kids and fun for adults. Good food too.
