Food scene

One of our favourites for a great night meal out! Nothing better than the aroma and warmth of the various spices that Sashi put together in his meals. Their feed-me menu is reasonably priced and always leaves us full. https://www.gajabysashi.com.au/menu Hands down, their roti is one of the best I've tasted outside of Singapore and Malaysia!

Gaucho's is hands down one of the best places to satiate even the most carnivorous of meat eaters! I'd recommend making a booking, because this place sells out pretty quickly!

Very conveniently located in the CBD and nestled among the topiary that makes up the Adelaide Botanic Gardens. The Zoo is pretty amazing for its size, and will keep both adults and children entertained for hours!

A unique pedestrian street mall that is home to the South Australian flagship stores of many large retailers. Besides the shopping, those with a keen eye for architecture might also want to visit the Italianate-style Adelaide Arcade, which was the first retail establishment in Australia with electric lighting. Plus, some say it is home to six ghosts (according to Wikipedia anyway)... That being said, there are many interesting sculptures, like the group of life-size bronze pigs (Horatio, Truffles, Augusta, and Oliver), the interesting Mall's Balls, and of course the latest addition, a 2m tall steel pigeon statute!
