रत्नागिरीच्या उत्तरेला गणपतीपुळे आहे तर दक्षिणेला गणेशगुळे आहे. जेव्हा रत्नागिरीच्या दक्षिणेला प्रवास सुरु केला म्हणजे प्रथम भाट्ये गावचा समुद्र किनारा आणि झरी विनायकाचे देऊळ लागते. तेथून पुढे गेलं की पावस येते आणि थोडे पुढे गेलं की हे गणेशगुळे येते. या गावाला समुद्र किनारा आहे पण देऊळ हे समुद्रकिनारी नाही. हे देऊळ एक छोट्या टेकडीवर बांधले आहे. टेकडीची उंची साधारण मुंबईतील मलबार हिल सारखी आहे.
