Rhossili is on the southwestern tip of the Gower peninsula. It is within the first area of outstanding natural beauty in the UK. The 2.8 mile wide Sandy beach is backed with sand dunes and attracts surfers at the llangennith end. At the southern end of the bay is Worms Head. Rhossili is a 25 minute drive.

Three Cliffs Beach is scenic, Sandy and backed by three limestone cliffs. It is inaccessible by road. There is a car park and then a walk to the breathtaking views from the cliff top. Well worth a visit.

Legend has it that while travelling in Carmarthenshire King Arthur removed a stone from his shoe and threw it across the lougher estuary and by the time it reached it’s resting point it had become an enormous boulder. Accessible by car with stunning views. The King Arthur hotel is close by where you can enjoy drinks and meals.
