We picked this restaurant because of the good reviews and we weren't disappointed. The tapas was very tasty indeed, with a fine dining twist. Starting with complimentary bread and dips, through croquetes, octopus, trout, chicken and lamb, all very good

One of the best kept secrets in the Cotswolds, Northleach is right in the heart of the Cotswolds but tucked quietly away from the busy A40.
At the town's centre is the ancient Market Place with some wonderful half-timbered buildings and houses dating back to the 15th and 16th centuries. Here you'll find all the necessities of village life including a butcher and baker - though sadly no candle stick maker!
The small town has a friendly, unhurried atmosphere with two pubs, including The Wheatsheaf with 14 rooms, plus a wine bar and cafe.
The medieval wool trade brought great wealth to the Cotswolds and Northleach boasts one of the Cotswolds' most impressive 'wool' churches: the church of St Peter and St Paul is considered the 'Cathedral of the Cotswolds'.
A short walk from the town centre is the Old Prison, an 18C 'House of Correction' with both prison and court

Bibury is a charming, typically Cotswold, village just a short drive from "The Capital of the Cotswolds", Cirencester in Gloucestershire.
William Morris (1834-96) described Bibury as "the most beautiful village in England". Fox News says that Bibury is one of the world's most picturesque villages, and an article on the Huffington Post website (1st May 2014), titled "The Most Charming Towns In Europe You'll Want To Visit ASAP", mentioned Bibury.
There's no doubt that Bibury is featured on many lists of most beautiful Cotswold villages, and even the most beautiful villages in the UK.

This is a little gem of a garden with plenty to see, the walled garden is delight full of colour with lots of lovely roses. There is lovely little self service cafe with an excellent choice of drinks and cakes you pay for everything via honesty box including entrance which is just an amazing, there is also a woodland walk where if your lucky as we was you will see a deer or two, would defiantly recommend

Cirencester Open Air Swimming Pool
Definitely make time to go to this pool, well worth it! Sat nav directs you to the entrance of a park, park in front of the castle where you'll have all day, the other side is limited to 2 hours, both free though, there is parking a little further away for town centre but you have to pay. A little hard to find, we had to ask someone, if you walk away from the park area and turn left there is 1 sign! Once you get in there its amazing; limited seats so get there early If you know it's going to be a hot day, we left the pool at about 11:20 and it was starting to get heaving then. Swimming goggles, ice creams and drinks all available, reasonably priced, books/ costumes to hire at a low donating, lockers £1 refundable. You can use your card to buy things and pay entrance fee which is under £15 for a family of 4. Slide available to use after 11am, really good life guards keeping control of any unruly behaviour. Toddler/ baby pool. Shaded/ covered in areas for sun shade or rain.
