Just 5-10 minutes' walk from the flat, you'll find dozens of restaurants, coffee places, bars and shops on Northcote Road. From independents to big chains, there's something for everyone. At the weekends in summer, the road is pedestrianised with tables all over, creating a lovely atmosphere to enjoy a chilled out afternoon.

Two minutes from the flat is St John's Hill, a great street with some amazing food and drink as well as a small supermarket for essentials.

Our nearest green space, lovely for a long walk or a picnic. Skylark Café in the middle of the Common does great coffee and food, and if you walk all the way to Bellevue Road at the far side, you'll find a lovely street with bars and restaurants.

Wandsworth Common
Trinity RoadOur nearest green space, lovely for a long walk or a picnic. Skylark Café in the middle of the Common does great coffee and food, and if you walk all the way to Bellevue Road at the far side, you'll find a lovely street with bars and restaurants.
One of London's best parks, with a great coffee shop and lots of space to wander, as well as a beautiful lake. It's about 20 minutes away from the flat - I recommend stopping at Doppio Coffee Warehouse on your way there.

If you walk through the park to Clapham Old Town, you'll find a lovely selection of shops and pubs. If you walk down to Northcote Road and then up Battersea Rise, you'll get to Clapham Common in about 15 minutes - stop at Bluebird for coffee en route.
