Stunning, what a lovely day out. Beautiful Castle, stunning gardens and walks, choice of eating spots. Lovely restaurant located in the information centre with play park to keep the kids happy. Coffee shop up at Castle Court Yard, if you are in luck you might even be treated to a bit of Irish dancing.

Glenveagh is well worth a visit. Stunning scenery, only to be expected in Donegal. A lovely restaurant and gift shop at the information centre before you walk or take the bus onto the Castle and Gardens. A fabulous coffee shop located in the Castle courtyard where on occasion I have enjoyed a bit of traditional music.

Glenveagh is well worth a visit. Stunning scenery, only to be expected in Donegal. A lovely restaurant and gift shop at the information centre before you walk or take the bus onto the Castle and Gardens. A fabulous coffee shop located in the Castle courtyard where on occasion I have enjoyed a bit of traditional music.
Excellent look back at traditional Irish living. Lots of story telling and a good possibility of a "drop of the hard stuff" if you are brave enough.
