Yoga on the beach is one of my favorite things to do on Saturday morning. Parking is free and you get to start your day with a great yoga session and stay to enjoy the beautiful beach after.

22nd Avenue NorthYoga on the beach is one of my favorite things to do on Saturday morning. Parking is free and you get to start your day with a great yoga session and stay to enjoy the beautiful beach after.
The preserve is over 3,000 acres and has 4+ miles of hiking trails that includes 2 miles of boardwalks. A kayak/Canoe/SUP launch gives access to the South paddling trail, a 4 mile loop. They also have an onside rental of kayaks, canoe and paddle-boards. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
