Mushamush Beach Park

Keep walking down the beach and through a small stream (you will get wet so this is best done on warm summer days) that connects the ocean to a salt marsh. Once through this, you will note the water color changes to cold aqua colored water that is unusual for the Maritimes! Bring a picnic, a few beach towels, a Frisbee (in the closet) and enjoy the sunset.

Who doesn’t love a wine bar and wood fired, thin-crust pizza! Can be busy, so consider making reservations. Courtyard is nice as is the inside tables on colder, rainy days. The owner will suggest a bottle of wine based on your preferences, if you ask. It can be difficult to park on busy nights, so consider parking at the trail head and walking. The trail head is on the same side of the road, just a few houses down if you are driving towards Lollybroch Cottage.
