This beach is only within minutes by car from our place. It's a lovely red natural soft sand which is one of the best beaches found in Malta and Gozo. You can spend the day here sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling also hiking to other attractions like Calypso Cave, Mixta Cave and also see the remains of the ancient Roman villas. Can also visit at night and watch the amazing clear skies full of bright stars. P.S. Take a bottle of wine with you and couple of glasses. :) Highly recommend this beach.
P.S. If you do go to the beach and need to buy any beach equipment my family has a beach truck in front of the exit of the paid parking where we sell beach accessories, inflatables and equipment. Tell them that you are staying with us for a good discount :)

Ramla Bay

Unless you have a 4x4 you have to leave the car parked up the road and walk the rest of the road. The road is worth it though, amazing red soft sand, clear waters and a picturesque beach. Must visit.

San Blas Beach
This beach is also located in Nadur. Also minutes away by car from our place. This is similar to Ramla Bay but smaller and a bit harder to get to because there is quite a steep road to go down to. Daħlet Qorrot Beach, Nadur, Malta
One of the main attractions on Malta and Gozo. Must visit if you have time but it does get really busy over there. My advice is to visit early in the morning as it will be less crowded or otherwise oragnise a private boat tour. Me and my brother Francesco do offer Private Boat Tours around Blue Lagoon, Comino Caves and Gozo and will be personalised to yourselves. These are situated in Xaghra and is a must see if you like history. Their makers erected the two Ġgantija temples during the Neolithic, which makes these temples more than 5,500 years old and the world's second oldest existing manmade religious structures after Göbekli Tepe in present-day Turkey.

This is couple of minutes on walk from the apartment and maybe 10 min walk from our villa(as we have 2 listings on airbnb). They have really good local ftira(local pizza) and also local bread which you must try if you are in Gozo. They cook everything in a old style bakery wood oven.

Local restaurant located in the small square with really good local food. Really big portions. :) Really nice for a meal in the evening. If you like mention to the owner (Aaron) that you are in our place, he normally gives some appetizers :)

Really good Italian restaurant which now has been relocated to Triq ta Kenuna. There are amazing views and sceneries when sitting on the outside and the food is also really good. I recommend the Pork cheeks or the Steak :) It gets quite full during Summer months as it's really famous but when you try to book ask for Mamo or Michela (the owners) and if you wish tell them that you are staying in our place, they will try to accomodate. :)
