This is a serious nightclub with a younger crowd (think smoke machines and lazers) if you feel like getting your dance-on. Plays hip hop and house music on the best Funktion One sound system in town. Bouncers are (relatively) friendly. Cover is usually $15. To avoid the line, go either before 10 or after 12.

Sightseeing
This is one of my top recommendations. Fantastic morning activity for 2-3 hours. Take a little False Creek Ferry over to the always charming and bustling Granville Island for coffee, food, artisan shops, and sightseeing. To get there from the condo, walk down to the marina (which you can see from my condo) at the foot of Davie st. Walk all the way to the end of the dock where ferry drivers will pull up and ask where you're headed. Say Granville Island. Cost is about $3.50 pp each way.
Once you're at Granville Island, be sure to grab a doughnut or three from Lee's Doughnuts.
