Sandpoint is a quaint town in North Idaho with shopping, great restaurants, and is nestled right on Lake Pend O'Reille. It also has Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort that has activities for every season. Sandpoint is 25 minutes from my home.

Bayview is a short 5 mile drive from the property. It's a small lakeside town that has a marina, a float home community, and several restaurants and bars, as well as a Navy marine presence

Farragut is located on Lake Pend O' Reille and is about 10 minute drive from the property. There is hiking for all levels, a public beach/swimming area, camping, horseback trails, large parks, and is great for Kayaking, paddleboarding, boating and any outdoor activity you can imagine. There is also a nice boat launch

Farragut State Park
13550 ID-54Farragut is located on Lake Pend O' Reille and is about 10 minute drive from the property. There is hiking for all levels, a public beach/swimming area, camping, horseback trails, large parks, and is great for Kayaking, paddleboarding, boating and any outdoor activity you can imagine. There is also a nice boat launch
