Definitely one of the better beaches in the Galveston area. There's food trucks, Kona Ice, and nice bathrooms with a small snack bar! There's tons of free parking and even more paid parking.

If you like old boats and reading about history, this is great. It’s a cool tour to better understand the size of a masted ship from the late 1800s and what it might be like to live on that ship.

The terminal is very clean and well staffed. It can get quite congested on tour departure and arrival days but the lines run smoothly and efficiently because it is so well organized. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

They did a great job with on boarding and debarking. Fastest ever. Luggage was there when rooms were ready. Can't wait for their new cruise terminal which is under construction.
