Neighborhoods
This is a quiet community in the foothills of the Sierras. Most of the 2000+ homes are on an acre or more with no fencing. It is a very open area with lots of wildlife. You will get here by your own vehicle as there are no transportation services available. This area is considered the Gateway to Yosemite and is often the headquarters for many travelers visiting Yosemite. You will enjoy lots of nature; families of deer, quail, wild turkeys, hawks, squirrels and rabbits especially in the morning and evening hours.
