Perch on Lancing Beach

Its very nice beach, not many tourists on daily basis. You can have BBQ there with your friends and family, children can enjoy sand beach here on a low tide.
It’s great for kitesurfing!!! The public parking is on the lancing seaside where you can leave your car for whole day for £4 only.
