Clark Fork is the nearest town for gas and grocery. 45 minutes past Clark Fork to the west are Ponderay and Sandpoint with more shopping, stores and dining.

Grocery Shopping
If you can stop and grocery shop at Walmart or Yokes in Ponderay on your way to the cabin that will help save you time. It’s 45 minutes from the house so you’d have to back track if you get to the house first. There is a small Monarch Market in town to get a few things and a couple restaurants but we recommend stopping at Ponderay or Sandpoint grocery stores for more selection.

Drive with caution
Lots of wildlife in our area so drive cautiously and look for deer, elk, bear, turkey and other animals crossing the roads. Yield to them.
