This shop uses a “Japanese” style of coffee roasting. With beans from all around the world. Very much a new age shop. Very different from the typical Starbucks style many shops have here in Seattle.

It is a bit far away. They use a bean roasted in Rotterdam in Europe. The baristas are a little up tight so be aware of that. Don’t touch the plants in the shop ha ha.
